4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after Filling The Deatails.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.
  • In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

5. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1 business days.
  • Delivery time 3-5 days depends on your location and Courier partner.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier issues, etc.) are not under our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer returns/exchanges only in case of:
    • Damaged product
    • Wrong item received
  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.
  • No returns on used or worn jewellery.
