Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or broken at the time of delivery
  • Wrong product has been delivered

No return will be accepted for any other reason (such as dislike or change of mind).


2. Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

  • A proper unboxing video is compulsory to claim any return or refund.
  • The video must:
    • Start from sealed package
    • Clearly show opening process
    • Show the issue (damage/wrong product) clearly

❌ Without unboxing video, no return or refund will be processed


3. Return Request Time

  • Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted

4. Refund Policy

Refund will be processed only if:

  • Product is damaged, broken, or wrong item received
  • Valid unboxing video is provided
  • Our team verifies the issue.

5. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the Net Banking. 

8. Important Note

Our jewellery is anti-tarnish, but proper care is required.
Avoid water, perfume, and chemicals to maintain product quality.
