Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchange only if:

  • Product is damaged or broken at the time of delivery
  • Wrong product has been delivered

👉 Exchanges are not applicable for:

  • Size issues
  • Change of mind
  • Design or color preference

2. Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

  • A proper unboxing video is compulsory to request an exchange
  • The video must:
    • Start from sealed package
    • Clearly show the opening
    • Show the damage or wrong product

❌ Without unboxing video, exchange will not be accepted


3. Exchange Request Time

  • Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests after 24 hours will be rejected

4. Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved:
    • We will arrange a replacement product
    • Or provide store credit (if replacement is unavailable)

5. Product Condition

  • Product must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • With all tags intact

6. Pickup & Delivery

  • In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup
  • If pickup is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship the product

7. Important Note

Our jewellery is anti-tarnish, but proper care is required.
Avoid water, perfume, and chemicals for long-lasting shine.
