Exchange Policy
1. Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchange only if:
- Product is damaged or broken at the time of delivery
- Wrong product has been delivered
👉 Exchanges are not applicable for:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Design or color preference
2. Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
- A proper unboxing video is compulsory to request an exchange
- The video must:
- Start from sealed package
- Clearly show the opening
- Show the damage or wrong product
❌ Without unboxing video, exchange will not be accepted
3. Exchange Request Time
- Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests after 24 hours will be rejected
4. Exchange Process
- Once your request is approved:
- We will arrange a replacement product
- Or provide store credit (if replacement is unavailable)
5. Product Condition
- Product must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags intact
6. Pickup & Delivery
- In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup
- If pickup is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship the product
7. Important Note
Our jewellery is anti-tarnish, but proper care is required.
Avoid water, perfume, and chemicals for long-lasting shine.
